Who is Andy?

Andy is an artist, photographer, designer, creator, dreamer...she loves what she does, it is who she is.

Andy Contreras fell in love with photography at the young age of 16. After attending an after-school photography club, she knew right away that it was “love at first click”.
She embarked into an educational journey, in which she earned a Bachelors degree in Fine Arts Photography with a minor in Business from Barry University.
Andy is also a PPA (Professional Photographers Association) certified photographer.

During her educational journey, Andy assisted many talented photographers in various fields, such as editorials, advertising, architecture, events and fashion.
Through the experience gained by this assortment of opportunities, she developed her own style, one that is versitile yet consistent. A mixture of artistic angles, an idealist's view and a modern, fashion forward energy gives her images a unique style that encompasses the complexities of a single moment.
Andy is a true idealist, always in search for perfection regardless of the subject, time or place.
Through this healthy obsession with beauty, photography has not only become what she does but mostly who she is.
